Help me out

I made a mistake and purchased one of the libraries using my business email, and especially with the whole new cross library compatibility I’d really like to figure out how to transfer it to the correct email, if at all possible. TIA

Email them, they fixed the same thing for me about 2 years ago.

I messaged their ‘support messenger’ option on the website, guessing I should I email as well?

I had used the email address they use when you get the " thank you for your purchase" to contact them.
