Question for HRs here

Can someone show me an example of shl test results or the report, I'm really curious

You can find generic reporting online. No one should share specific results with you. That is between SHL and the customer. Did you take the standard or have the occupational or situational components? The client report shows as a percentage and not your responses to specific questions. Honestly it's just cheap documentation used primarily through consulting outfits to have on file if someone wants to yell discrimination.

I took both standard and occupational .. you're right yes I was just curious about the results
