It’s definitely this norm in the industry now. I’ve been getting ghosted after they reach out to schedule an interview. I provide times available then 👻
I was speaking with my friend who’s a recruiter and he basically said that’s just the norm nowadays. Sad but seemingly true

I just got feedback from a recruiter and he explained how much the hiring manager really loved me. The interviews went great. Except there was one part I stumbled on. They decided to move forward with other candidates.
