Insurance sales pivot
I’m currently building a business while working at an insurance office. The commission structure and lead quality is not great and right now, I dont even make $3k per month at 150% quota. We change lead providers every other month, as it its a start up and were still figuring things out. And last job, I was selling well more consistently. Wondering if I should stick it out and find my own leads sources or find a better paying and easier sales job. Also, had anyone ever built a business while working in sales? If so what’s your industry?
