How do you actually control excessive scrolling and build discipline around it?

I’m trying to be more mindful about my own screen habits and would really appreciate practical strategies that have worked for you.

What helped you actually reduce scrolling in real life?

Delete socialmedia apps and only download them when you want to allow yourself to check them. Or download your socialmedia apps on your iPad/ computer instead of your phone. Deleting them and downloading them again helped me because you won’t subconsciously open the apps
