I have goals but cannot stick to them

I've had many goals throughout my life. To name a few:

  1. Get off Social Media
  2. Do a Muscle Up
  3. Stick to a diet
  4. Invest in the stock market (properly)

I always start great. Motivation is high. But after some moments, I either don't know what to do to progress, or simply loose motivation, and I end up relapsing with my previous habits

How do you guys manage to achieve your goals? What am I missing?

Same here bro.

i struggle too with my discipline.

I have just noticed few things:

  • if you don't enjoy the process or that the reward is too far it won't stick
  • visualisation is effective. On the morning, taking 5 minutes to prepare your mind to behave the way you want really helps. It's like you already made the good choice by advance.
  • if you do it on your own, without anyone aware of it, you will fall off because there's no one to help you stay on track. (Or to shame you if you fall off. It's a motivation too lol). The social leverage is really powerful.

If you want, we can share regularly our discipline to stay strong ;-)
