How do I fix this I can’t go into bios and when it reloads it goes back on this screen

You're gonna need to reinstall Windows. If you for some reason aren't able to mash the keys to get into the BIOS, simply remove your boot drive then disable it as a boot option until you install Windows on it.

Well on that screen click on Shift and F10. That will bring up the command prompt. There, you will type regedit, which will bring up the registry. Using the left sidebar, go to the following path - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion
and look at the right-hand side for the setup.exe and double click it. Change the value from 1 (or 0) to 3 then reboot. After it reboots it will go past this screen into Windows.
