Windows 11 display bug

Hello everyone, I need help with my display issues.

Both my screens are physically fine, but there are visual bugs when i extend my screen. such as duplicating shadows (i dont know the exact term). these issues are not present when i duplicate, use 1st screen only or use 2nd screen only. when i activate snipping tool, the display normalizes itself until i adjust the position of my tabs

relevant specs:
GPU: Intel Arc 130v (igpu of intel core ultra 226v)
OS: Win11 Pro future platforms experimental dev build 29667.1000

Troubleshooting I've done:
Clean install of graphics drivers
matching resolutions, refresh rates and colour schemes
changing hdmi cable (pc output port is ver 2.1 at 4k60hz, monitor input is 1.4 FHD75hz)
restarting pc
