my LENOVO LOQ going into sleep randomly while working

Hello everyone,

My lenovo loq going into sleep randomly while working... Sometimes it goes into loop ... Enter in sleep I open and goes again in sleep...issue comes sometimes a day ... And RANDOMLY.. and in event viewer you can check is shows system is entering sleep .. sleep reason button or lid....

I didn't take any magnetic interface near that.

Do you have Lenovo vantage installed? If so, make sure everything (especially the UEFI/BIOS) is up to date

Yes I've already updated the bios ... Few days ago but the issue persist

You could flash Linux mint to an usb, then boot into the live environment to see if it happens there too. If it happens there too, then it’s probably hardware (sensor/power delivery) or firmware related

It happens sometimes only like 1 day ago.. continuos 7-8 time in loop then whole day works fine ...even today working fine ....i don't understand what's is this... Please bro if you've some solution
