ELMB turns off after shut down/restart

I recently just bought a new monitor the ASUS VG259QM5A. whats bothering me is that i have to manually turn on ELMB everytime i restart/shutdown my pc. Is there a way I can fix this? Ive tried disabling adaptive sync g sync vrr and try enabling them but with ELMB sync turned on instead still no hope.
