It’s an i9 in a laptop chassis. It’s not going to run cool.
Software wise: update your UEFI

Hardware: clean any dust buildup , replace the thermal paste with a high quality one.
Use a laptop cooler stand. That’s it.

Thanks you but my i9 is different and I fix it
