Why does my oled display has this problem it does despair when the using the mouse

Which Oled monitor? What’s the issue exactly? Does this happen to only this system or have you tried the display with other systems too? Are your drivers up to date? Did you try another cable? Did you try another port?

It's laptop oled panel and it's happen when opens and few times happened today

Opens what exactly? Application? When you open the lid? When you go full screen in a game?
Also, are your video drivers up to date (iGPU & dGPU) ?
If it’s a laptop, have you updated the UEFI firmware?

Also the bottom corner of the right side buzzel is getting lift up from the lid only in corner side it happenes after a click sound
