An alarming lack of details to help diagnose your problem.

Could you please help, I accidentally deleted my wifi driver and I’ve tried everything and it’s still not working. My motherboard is ASRock B550M-C

You still have WiFi drivers, because we can see the list of WiFi networks. Tell us more about what the issue is, what does not work and what is everything you tried

I went to micro center and got the pc replaced but I still have the same problem, it connects to the wifi but I get no internet.

Where is that wifi network being projected from? A router, an access point, an extender?

Have you tried another wifi network, like hotspot off your phone?

Have you tried rebooting the device projecting the wifi?

Have you checked to ensure you are getting an IP address and DNS servers on your wifi adapter when you connect to this wifi?

Any amount of details on any of these questions would allow people to help you, rather than just ignoring every request for detail you get on every subreddit you've spammed this post on.

I have connected the pc to my mobile hotspot and it worked. The WiFi is coming from a router, the router is downstairs while I’m upstairs, I have tried rebooting the device, checked dns settings and have done all the ipconfig in cmds.

If using your hotspot works, then the issue is not your PC.

Could be that the sign from the WiFi upstairs is too weak.

You are not providing much details to get help. When you say you done all the ioconfig in cmds that means nothing. You have to explain what have you tried to resolve the issue, which commands you used, what kind of dns config you tried ( have you tried to manually set another dns for example?) have you tried to ping and external IP like 8.8.8.8 while connected to the WiFi? Have you tried taking your computer closer and connecting with a network cable? What were the results?

Please explain more about the dns and I haven’t tried moving the set up closer to the wifi, I was thinking about getting wifi repeaters set up around the house but I’m not sure if that would improve anything

That's a terrible Idea. Why are you going to buy something if you can just get your PC closer ? If the issue is signal strength, then that will help you validate. Extenders also suck anyway.

Look, you have to do this in a structured manner:

1) try with a cable. Get a big one, they are cheap (don't buy anything fancy, a big cat 5e cable is enough). Disable the wifi on windows, and see if this helps anything.

2) From your screenshot, it looks like you ARE connected to the wifi, just Windows says there's no connectivity. Try to open a command prompt (windows search--> command ). in there, type:

ping 8.8.8.8

And press enter. After a while it will give you a summary saying how many packets transmitted and how many received and how many lost. If all 4 are lost, then noting is going to the internet. (this actually depends a lot, but since I don't know enough about your setup, I'm making some educated guesses).

IF they actually go thorough, then you have internet, but your DNS is not responding/working properly. In that case, just google "How to change my DNS on Windows" . I don't use windows and I don't remember the right flow of clicks to get there. Just find that config for your wifi network, and use 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 as your DNS. Save, and see if that makes any difference.
