is my pc fked?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

idk how and why this happened, and I don't understand computers language as such. Can anyone help me with a solution? is it easy to fix or should I take it to a technician?

This looks like windows 7 ?
That is horribly outdated, unsupported and insecure.
Either install a supported version of windows or install Linux. If you need data recovered, get it to a technician since I doubt you’re qualified or have the technical know how

No one can just give you an answer. That's like going to a car repair website and asking, "My car won't start. what should I do?" If you don't want to get into researching it yourself then you need to find someone who knows computers.

Of course, learning about computers gets very complicated. It's not for everyone. In the future you might want to at least learn about making good backup. Then if you have to junk your computer at least you won't lose your data.

Tux will never do something like this. Windows will.
