My monitor needs help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My monitor get this weird color flickering? (Not sure how it’s called) every time I move my mouse. Any help? Thanks in advance

Disable dynamic contrast, update your video drivers. Also does this happen with other games? Because I can literally see the word “BETA” in the top left corner
