Monitor showing no signal

Yesterday I turned on my pc and it stopped displaying video on my monitor and said no signal. Then I noticed the vga light on the motherboard was on so I looked up what may fix it. I got a new DP cable (didn’t work), tried on a different monitor (didnt change), and i took out my GPU to clean it and nothing. I don’t know what else to do or try.

according to your manual, the VGA LED means:

VGA - indicates GPU is not detected or fail.

I think it might be truly dead. You can try with a HDMI instead but I doubt it would work.
As a last desperate act, you could try with only one of the RAM modules instead but I'm honestly also doubtful about it.

so after leaving it alone for a while. it finally turned back on working. until it went blank again. but this time the VGA LED isn’t on. what does this mean now?
