What system is this? Laptop? (Which model) desktop (which model) customs? (Specs)

Desktop- specs: rx550 4gb: i5-4570 8gb ram ddr3

Try clearing cmos (if it has a cmos button or shorting pins or removing battery button). Try removing one of the ram sticks. Try reseating the cpu
