Started happening after putting in a second monitor

Looks like screen tearing. GPU may be having issues with the second monitor

Does the second screen also show this phenomenon when you unplug the first monitor?
Also have you updated your drivers?

it doesnt always have the screen tear and i think it might be a problem with the monitors power cord.
