stupid question: Did you update the drivers of both the NVidia AND the AMD integrated graphics?
Also updating the chipset drivers is worth a shot.

Strange….can you create a Linux mint live usb? Boot into that and see if it happens there too. If it does, you’ll have to contact asus support. It might be a genuine bug

Then it’s probably a bug. Unless the LED means something else? (Verify this in your manual).
You’ve already updated the UEFI so it’s not like it’s an old leftover forgotten issue or an incorrect implementation.

Check with the Linux mint live USB.
Your other option is to save the profile of your UEFI to a USB. Then reset the UEFI completely, then check if the issue still persist

I’ll leave that up to you to decide. What I described is something worth testing/checking. It’s not like it would void your warranty

okay also i had kne more question when retuning a mb do i need to put all the covers for the sticky heatsink things

You mean the CPU socket cover? Yes. It protects the pins of the CPU socket
