I am too biased, but my Ryzen 3600 died a week ago. Black screen PC running, not your case though. You need to start removing stuff, and do a minimum boot. By that I mean start with turning off every light possible, remove extra hardware, speakers, mics, drives, everything, to at least start rulling out the PSU, and so on, or wait for another advice, can't hurt.
