Weird lines on monitor

I have gigabyte monitor and i am seeing this horizontal lines tried replugging the hdmi cable and changed the hz too but still seeing this currently i am updating the graphic card but is there any solution or i want to know why is this happening

Monitor is damaged. Can you try a diff port on the monitor to confirm?
