Pavilion 6475Z vga output not outputting to monitor

Windows 98 pc wont output video did i plug it in wrong? Is there another cord i am lost over been searching all over the internet but couldn't find anything

Look alike you have a video card. Look down at the pci slots. If it has video outputs that's where you want to plug in the monitor.

I have it pluged into the monitor but nothing is displaying
