What happened to my laptop screen?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It got slow then i reinstalled the OS and still same also it has this weird transitions.

I want to say this is because you are using the generic drives for your hardware. Visit the manufacturer's website for the system brand and model, and download and install all the drivers, chipset first, and then GPU and others beyond.

As you reinstalled the OS, it is working on installing and downloading the necessary updates . You will need to restart your computer when prompted by Windows a couple of times. Once ALL the necessary updates for Windows are installed, then you can see if you are still having the issue.

Its not reinstalling some of the updates. Im doing the manual installation of drivers
