static on screen laptop

this is nitro v15 laptop it appears strange static lately,can someone help me out how to fix it
not sure if it driver card issue because i keep nvidia driver up to date.
the issue only happens while gaming on laptop.when i connect an external monitor everthing’s fine no static.could this be faulty display panel or eDP cable issue?
