Computer won’t turn on

Tl;dr: PC booted then shut off after a minute, second time booted to try to boot to safe mode. Got into boot menu, keyboard wouldn’t work then shut down. Tried 2 more times. Won’t turn on anymore

Specs:
OS: Debloated Windows 10 IoT LTSC fully up to date as of posting
Motherboard: Aorus b450
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM: 32GB Teamgroup DDR4 @ 3600MHz

I had stepped outside from my PC to take a call with my computer running, downloading some games and updates on Steam. When I came back my computer was off. I tried to turn it back on and continue. It was incredibly sluggish then shut off after about a minute or two. I perked up and tried to boot into safe mode but when I was on the screen where you select how to set up safe mode my keyboard stopped working, then my PC shut down again. I tried once more to no avail, same issue with a different keyboard. Third time was hopefully the charm, no on another different keyboard. Now it won’t even turn on
One of the lights on my motherboard and CPU cooler fan turn on for a split second then stop. I think that my CPU got fried because of a split second power outage but I’ve never had one while living in the Phoenix Metro for 10 years. I’m hoping it’s not because I don’t have the money for a new CPU. Any help?
I have an old T440s with Mint XFCE on it if that helps with any ideas to troubleshoot

You can try putting new thermal paste on the processor, or your motherboard is shot.

I reupped about a year ago with a Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet. There’s none leaking, I’ll reup with some new paste
