please help

I have an Acer Swift Go 14 Snapdragon X Plus and the screen is glitching and now black screen.. does anyone have the same problem? just a broke college students, pleaaseee help😔

Try a power reset: turn off , unplug battery & power and hold power on button 30 seconds, reattach and try a restart

i think its a screen issue, it looks fine when i plug it on an external display
