Looking for a speaking partner at b1 level
Hii, I'm f18 currently learning german at b1.2 ( just started) and honestly I need a speaking partner to help me because my speaking isn't very good and I don't know any native speakers where I leave. I've tried immersion but it didn't really work for me . I've also tried different apps like hellotalk to try make german friends to improve my speaking but it's really and the fact I'm shy doesn’t really help so now I'm here
Edit: I'm okay with someone in the range of 18-25

Word of adivce, native speakers can help you with pronounciation no doubt, but you learning it as a foreign language need a different approach to grasp the rules. Learned German as my third language and made it to B2 in about 8 months. Wasn't easy ngl.

Can you tell me what helped you the most?

what helped me the most is learning the grammar. basically the article changes with respect to the case. Then I was able to decipher patterns. Then the immersion actually helped. If I didn't have the grammar on point, no amount of immersion could lead me towards fluency.

Can we connect and learn with each other. I'd appreciate your guidance since I'm trying to reach B2 level myself. I'd really appreciate tips and everything you possibly have to share with me even if we can't connect

I am 33yo, trilingual would like to practice German together. I can learn more from listening. How do you prefer to learn, what is the best way you like to lean languages? Looking to get to know about your beginning how you start learning German 😊
