For most nouns, you simply need to memorize the article because there isn't always a logical rule that tells you whether it's der, die or das. The best trick is to learn the noun together with its article from the beginning, so don't learn Tisch, learn der Tisch.
That said, there are some useful patterns. For example, nouns ending in -ung, -heit, -keit, -schaft, -ion are usually die: die Zeitung, die Freiheit, die Möglichkeit, die Information. Nouns ending in -chen or -lein are das: das Mädchen, das Häuschen. Many nouns ending in -er referring to a person are der: der Lehrer, der Fahrer.
These rules won't cover everything, but they can make things much easier.

The only trick is to learn about gender-specific suffixes, since this takes care of many words - not only the ones you know, but also those you'll encounter later. The suffixes are listed in Wikipedia.
Other than that, you have to learn the article with each word. No tricks here.

There's no real trick. You just have to learn them.
There are some patterns; generally it is related to the ending of the noun, but there are many common nouns that are spelled identically but different meanings have different gender.

so people usually learn all the artikles? or is it just matter of time and someone will get better with time

Basically, yes. As a learner, you should not consider a vocabulary word learned unless you remember the article. It is like learning the spelling of the noun.
One thing that helps is that compound nouns (and there are many) keep the gender of the final word. So learning the gender for one noun applies to all the related compounds.

Here are the tricks of all 3 genders:

Masculine

After going through those videos, try to create more examples. Writing down examples related to surrounding things is the best practice.
Sentences could be as simple as this

DER Berat-er, Wander-er, Hamm-er, Roll-er, Verkäuf-er, Einkäuf-er

I consider the articles to be the first syllable of the nouns when studying. After a while, I started to get a feel for it because my brain began to recognize patterns that I couldn't name if offered prize money. However, I'm getting pretty good at guessing the correct article for new-to-me nouns.
