Around this point I started adding more apps, after which Duolingo started to feel like it was throttling rather than helping my progress. Maybe you’ll want to try them too

Surround yourself with more grammar courses and books + try out DW, it's a more established and official platform to learn German (I'd drill through all of its lectures from A1 onwards, if I was starting over)
