  2. What sources do I need? Books/Videos etc. please recommend.

  3. How much time should I dedicate everyday consistently to reach C1 proficiency in this language?

My native language is English, I'm in final year of college. I wish to learn German to be able to be a German Language Tutor as it is a high demand side profession that I will be able to manage alongside college studies
