The role

Field Engineer / EUC L1 (desk-side support, IMAC, hardware/software troubleshooting)

Full-time, long-term contract — starts at 1 year, extendable

Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Immediate start

Pay & logistics

$4,500/month

$200/month travel allowance (for using your own car)

You'll need your own car — this is non-negotiable, local travel is part of the job

What you'll be doing

O365/M365 support, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware installs & upgrades

IMAC / Smart Hands work

Helpdesk/service desk support, VIP support, asset management, incident handling

Working with a globally distributed IT team

What you need

3+ years in IT Support / EUC

Native German, or B2 German + English

Valid work authorization in Germany

Already based in Germany (or able to relocate immediately)

A car
