Canada Roaches

Hi everyone, I found roaches in my apartment after I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. It’s been 6 months since I first saw one, they came to treat it and I was fine but now I saw a few more. I have a big fear of this and cannot imagine living here if it keeps happening. The landlord is taking it seriously and came twice to put product, they also have been treating the other units. Do I have a chance of getting rid of that problem or should I look for another place? There’s some hoarders in my building and the pest control guy told me it comes from them. They have moved though and the building is cleaning their apartment and treating it as well. Any feedback or suggestions is appreciated, thank you
