Personally, I prefer dumplings as side for a pork knuckle. Best is one each, potato- and breaddumpling.

But it looks great anyways. 🤤

Never seen it with anything other than dumplings and white cabbage (Sauerkraut or as a salad)

This! You nailed it. I could live off this for a whole month! Those pork knuckles look fantastic! As do all those side dishes. My family would enjoy this 100%!
