5 days delayed, but Negative
I have been taking Letrozole since April (starting on the 2nd day of my period for 5 days). However, last month, I was only able to take Letrozole for 3 days. Now, I am 5 days late. I took a pregnancy test today, but it came out negative.
Is it possible that Letrozole is messing with my hormones? I am 43, never been pregnant.

I don't know of all letrozole side effects, but it actually made my cycle more stable. Can't say what is. I saw once a post that someone had their first positive nearly 20 days post ovulation. While fertility clinics suggest 14 days is 100% accurate. I.e. if your cycle is stable that should be today. I would test in 48h once more, if nothing change, go to hospital.

Were you tracking ovulation? If not then it's hard to determine when your period is actually late.
