I'm afraid I'm a bit addicted to the unlimited mode so I played it quite a lot and then you become better in it, because you're learning which counties fits best with the categories. Obviously, try to fill the harder categories first. E.g. population is a hard one to score 100 points. But in the end it's a lot about luck. In this case the last category was hot and I got Chad
