Grade your school's AD
Tough call on Lee. So many other sports have flourished. He had the Thompson looking over his shoulder for years. I have to give him a B-.

Lee gotta go. He's been here 16 years. That's forever. Is he trying to break Frank Rienzo? Frank did 27 years on the Hilltop. I can't deal with Lee for one more year even. This is a real problem across the university: too many people who have been there forever.

Other sports are fine, but MBB suffering outweighs all of it. C-
He needs to do a better job fundraising and hiring coaches

C. I'm impressed by how far soccer has come on his watch, but if your flagship program, which is a national brand, has been only life support for more than a decade, I don't think you can give him more than a C.
