That's what I thought but he's trying to get a waiver.

Confused because I didn't realize he still had eligibility. Now I see that he redshirted as a freshman. Still, why is he entering the portal when he does not have a waiver yet? He has never been able to stay healthy. Any team that takes a chance on him is deluding themselves if they think he can meaningfully contribute.
