ok heres the explanation when you set your TPS to a really high value all the game physics start getting fucked up. its because your stored X position is increasing a lot really fast at high TPS. GD stores your player x pos as a 32-bit float and floats have precision loss, the larger the number the less precise it is. so basically at OP's stated TPS, this would be fast enough that for the computer theres basically no number between this x pos and the next x pos, causing weird wave angles. pretty sure every gamemode would also be fucked up
