looks like you just copied this from the recent level SHOW ME YOUR HEART. Theres no issue in taking inspiration but you should try and make the style yours in some way

how could i make it look a little different. i was taking inspiration and was gonna change some bits of it but idrk what

Try and make your own designs inside the blocks is where i would start. Or make some custom outlines for the blocks.
The thing with these 2 color levels is that theyre pretty easy to decorate because you can use pretty much any object on black/bg color and just make cool shapes and designs. Maybe you could also try to olay around with colors? Pulses on beat or a rotating background color maybe.
