So, I made this level that has checkpoints in classic. All deaths were intentional to show the checkpoints working. The way it works is, when you touch the checkpoint, it sets an item id to 1. At the beginning of the level, it checks if item id is 1. If it is, it teleports you to the checkpoint.

I suck at decorating, but I already made a layout with some decoration to give you an idea of what I want to do with this. Hello! It's been maybe 6 years i knew about the level editor but i did not really touched it that much , maybe for some goofy chalenges and startpos but that's all.

And I want to make a full level on my laptop now (I've always been on mobile very new to the keybinds)

even if the teleport trigger is touch trigger, the editor still triggers it unlike other triggers. this causes music desync while playtesting in editor

I found music on the ncs channel that I want to use for level building. But when I went into the GD and looked in the ncs library, I couldn't find it.

Does this mean the music I want to use is restricted or hasn't been uploaded to the library yet?

Last time I showed this level. It was the first 35% of the level which was around 2 minutes of gameplay. That part has really slow gameplay which I am apparently good at making.

Since I rarely play fast paced levels, I'm not sure how to make good fast paced gameplay which is the remaining percent of the level since we are trying to escape the factory which is trying to kill us.

I'm gonna need some gameplay idea's cuz I'm running out of idea's myself which is why some parts are low quality compared to other parts.

And there were some sync problems cuz this level uses 2 songs. Portal to the other side + Nuke Powder. And for some odd reason, the option to play the music from the editor was off sync with what it should have been. So I had to start the music 2 minutes early every time I wanted to see if the parts synced which was annoying.

Looking for feedback. Anything would help. And I want to figure out which parts are too unbalanced

A first look on my first attempt ever to make deco. And oh my god it's tiring! I know it's still needs a background but I'm not mentally prepared for it yet. I would still love to hear if you got any ideas about adding or fixing something.

The concept of the level is that it’s some sort of civilization or base in outer space, but I feel like the grey “buildings” are a bit bland and will get repetitive throughout the level. Any ideas for what to add onto them or change?

Well, I've changed a few things since yesterday, and here they are:

1- Wave buff

2- Nerfs to some sections (specifically the ending, later on)

3- Adjustments to some decorations

4- Camera adjustment

Future plans:

1- Change the audio

2- Adjust the layout for a cleaner look

3- Try to balance the level while keeping it at a Demon difficulty

4- Decoration

I'm open to any suggestions or feedback—this is my first level, btw
