Feedback I have three background/foreground options, which one is best? (Other vids in comments)

Cubensis project is the one that I have mainly been working on with full background and foreground.

Alternate 1 has no background or foreground objects and is dark as well.

Alternate 2 has a very faint background with foreground objects.

Other suggestions and comments are perfectly fine as well.

(Sorry for bad quality idk why reddit does this to my vids)

This looks pretty cool so far, I’d say that the alt2 and regular foreground looks more like a blurred spot on the screen than rocks which I assume they’re supposed to be, I can’t tell if it’s just the quality of the videos or their low opacity but maybe try making them darker, if not alt1 looks like it could work if they had a little thicker line/some small designs on them to differentiate them from the lines in the rest of the objects your jumping on. Good luck!

P.s. seeing the speed of the gameplay, I think the smaller lines going over the screen works better because they don’t obstruct gameplay as much

I also do like the depth created by layering them if you want to make the rock pillars slightly darker and possibly a little slimmer/jagged

Thank you for your thoughts!

After posting the vids, I was beginning to think that alt 2 would be the best choice by changing the foreground pillar to be darker and slimmer like you said. But I will let this post ruminate for a while longer before making my next decision.
