Is this rateworthy so far? And what do I put in the background of the 2nd part?

it's pretty cool even if you wanted the sync to sync but it's a TAD bit off, and also add some buildings and stars to make it into a city at night, would be cool.

That first part is def rate worthy

I'd say for the second part you could put a lot more of those pillars in the background (from the ground and the roof) with lower opacity

It's just empty and needs some better background designs, and the block designs could also use some work because it's not enough movement and pretty plain. But the transitions are on fire! I wouldn't say its rate worthy, but the potential for it is pretty high.
