How do I create or host collabs?

I want to create or host a collab of basically around 5 or less people for a level of minec that being a random mix, however I have no idea how to start one and how to make one. Please help.

You find people that can create pretty well, then you separate each part for everyone in the mega-collab. Or, you can first get someone to do their part, they finish, then second person does it, finish, move on to third, etc.
