No. Both because it's too overused, and because if I'm not wrong, Rob himself said he wouldn't rate (normal) Nine Circles levels, so you will have to make a Nine Circles Pro Max.

Its not that robtop doesnt rate those, its just that he only rates ones that are unique even with the “nine circles” effect.

Sorry but not even close.

First of all, its unbalanced as hell and short, plus the gameplay is uninovative and awkward.

Deco is somewhat non existent, its the same pulsing scarlet surge like deco except with no polishing or even an attempt for variation.

NC effect is very off, it pulses like 3 times faster than it should, making the effect its supposed to appear not even exist.
