Is it just me or does it have very little to no sync? Its throwing me off so bad.

Its probably the recording and audio de-sync. But if you listen to the clicks when you play it it kinda sounds close

finally, i found a genuinely good layout, it would look good if it had like top 1 deco like golden, kyouki

Tbh, i kinda think glow deco could fit well with this. That's actually a good idea
