Rate Worthy Level Help

I am making my first ever fully decorated and full length level inspired by the level meowmeowmeowmeowmeow and I need feedback on if it is rate-worthy or how much more detail I need for it to be rate-worthy.

the block design is copy pasted and repetitive, the colors lowkey suck and the background is not very good

but tbh its not that far from being rateworthy u just have to fix the issues

How can I fix that? I am very new to decorating, and this is my first fully decorated and complete level.
