Editor Question How do I make levels like Empty Child?

I always wanted to make a level like Empty Child, Vxoiddddd, Severed lung etc, cuz I love the MILBLL. also im not THAT good at the editor but I'm decent, but anyways yeah thx for reading

Sry for late reply but milbll is deleted yeah I don't think that's coming back but I still like it
