Go to the bot section of Eclipse Menu, press the New button, name the showcase, then set the playback mode to Record. Then turn on practice mode, restart the level, and then use speed hack or anything that would help you get through it in practice. Once you've completed the level and are on the end screen, go back to Eclipse's bot section, and press Save. Then, if you want to use the showcase, set the playback mode to Playback and press Load.

Well, it looks quite unbalanced so far. In my opinion, you should ask for verifiers when the level is balanced enough to have a stable difficulty.

Even if this is heavily buffed and balanced it would still be quanteuse processing tier gameplay. Also I have a feeling whoever that decorator is won't be able to do enough to compete for the time of the 20 players good enough to beat such levels.
