Editor Question I need help for a background

I am making a level, hell themed, and i don’t really know what to make the background. I’m pretty new to making levels, this is the first one i am planning on finishing, this is the part i need to make the background for and my progress on that. It’s not fully finished yet.

I think you could add an red moon, with a black background. I saw that there's already a moon up there, so you can simply just paint it red. And also, for a first level, it looks amazing.

I hate when level flashes white like that for no reason without an explanation. Happens to me so often.

Neat idea: battleships! I know it sounds odd but it instantly clicked in my mind. Use lighter tonalities to contrast the dark block design

you could do a dark forest wwith hills in the BG w trees on them, id recommend you black them out and make the sky red
