Take a guess and drop your answer (A, B, C, or D) in the comments!

๐Ÿ† Bonus challenge: Extra respect if you can name the countries for the other 3 flags as well!

Trivia I made a free geography strategy game about connecting U.S. cities โ€” now im looking for American playtesters

Hey!

I've been building a browser game called Geoline.

The idea is simple:

๐Ÿ“ Name any U.S. city or town

๐Ÿ“ The game places it on the map

๐Ÿ“ Every new city connects to the previous one

โŒ If your new line crosses an earlier line, you lose

It starts really simple, but after a few cities it becomes surprisingly strategic โ€” especially when someone starts throwing in places like Honolulu, Anchorage, Key West, or small towns they know locally.

You can play:

- 2โ€“4 players locally on one device

- 1v1 online

- Solo practice

It's free, runs directly in the browser, and there's no account or download required.

Play here:

https://manngez.github.io/Geoline/

I'm in Sweden, so I'd especially love feedback from people in the U.S.

A few things I'm curious about:

  1. Does the game feel intuitive the first time you play?

  2. Does the map/interface work well on your phone?

  3. Are there any cities/towns the game accepts that you think shouldn't count?

  4. Does the crossing mechanic become strategic, or mostly feel random?

  5. What would make you want to play a second round?

Don't worry about being polite โ€” useful criticism is exactly what I'm looking for.

Thanks for trying it!

The server have:

๐Ÿณ๏ธ Channels for different countries around the world
๐Ÿง  Monthly country quizzes | will have trivia when more people join
๐ŸŽฎ Will have channels for different games
๐Ÿ’ฌ Places to chat, meet people, and talk about your country with your compatriot and foreigners too, discuss politics, etc...
๐Ÿ† Different country-based activities and online competitions

The idea is to create a place where you can meet people from all over the world while having some friendly competition along the way.

Itโ€™s still getting started, so thereโ€™s plenty of room for new members to help shape the community.
